Membership at American Legion Post 24 Is Open to Veterans, Families, and Community Supporters
Whether you’re a U.S. Armed Forces veteran, the family member of someone who served, or a proud supporter of those who wear the uniform, Post 24 welcomes you. Join a community rooted in service, patriotism, and connection—right here in McPherson. Membership is required for most events; however, we can qualify nearly everyone with the recent changes to the charter.

We will load our flags to be retired at 8:00 am at the Post. We will then travel to the Lindsborg Post for the ceremony and retirement. Join us!

Steak Night Fundraiser

Enjoy either a ribeye or filet, baked potato, and salad for $20. Tickets sold in advance in the Legion Lounge.
Veteran’s Story Night

June 16th, Dinner at 5:30 pm,
Stories at 6:30 pm
Enjoy a free meal and hear powerful stories from local veterans. Join us each month as we build community through food, conversation, and shared service. Members and guests are welcome!
Family Night
June 18th
5-6:30 pm
Open to the public. Proceeds support Kansas Honor Flights.
$6 meal – Pick 4: Hamburger/Hot Dog/Fries/Drink/Dessert.
Friday Food
2nd and 4th Fridays at 5:30 pm
Wrap up your week with a tasty meal and good company. Enjoy homestyle favorites like fried chicken, tacos, or meatloaf. Open to members and their guests. Check the calendar to see this week’s featured food!
Sunday Bingo
Everyone Welcome!
Join your neighbors every Sunday for an exciting afternoon of bingo with real cash prizes! Doors open at 1 PM. Early Bird games begin at 2 PM, with regular games running 2:45-5:30 PM.
Just $24 covers most games, with special jackpot games available. Play in our comfortable, smoke-free bingo hall with snacks and drinks available for purchase. Fully accessible facility with indoor smoking lounge.
